The 2019 Nissan NV2500 HD is a full-size, body-on-frame cargo van, and this one is the S in White over Gray, with kilometres about average for its age. The NV never sold in the numbers the Ford and the Ram did, which is a shame, because the hood out front means the engine is not sitting in the cab with you and you can actually work on it. It suits a tradesperson or small contractor in Ottawa, Kanata, Stittsville or Nepean who needs a big square box behind the seats and wants a V8 to haul it. The NV2500 HD runs the 5.6L Endurance V8, 375 horsepower and 387 lb-ft of torque, with an automatic driving the rear wheels. That is a lot more motor than most work vans carry, and you feel it with a load on. It is a rear-drive van, so a good set of winters is not optional in an Ottawa January, and it is thirsty, which nobody who has owned a V8 van will be surprised to hear. The NV2500 HD S keeps the equipment to what a work van needs: backup camera, Bluetooth, cruise control, steering wheel audio controls, power windows, power locks, power mirrors, and remote keyless entry. Stability control, traction control, front and side airbags and roof-mounted curtain airbags are all here, and it rides on 17-inch steel wheels with a full-size spare. The 146-inch wheelbase gives you a long, square cargo floor. Check the roof height on the photos, and if you need to stand up inside, ask us and we will tell you straight. Financing is available on this one, and we can walk you through the options when you come in. Why buy from Orr Motors?
