Start the online purchase
Select your vehicle and begin the checkout flow on the listing.
Reservation authorization hold
A temporary authorization hold is placed on your card to secure the vehicle. Your card is not charged as a normal payment at this stage.
Dealer reviews your order
The dealer reviews your submission and prepares a proposal including final price, add-ons, trade-in offer, and financing terms.
Review and accept final terms
You review the dealer's proposal and choose to accept, request changes, or decline.
Sign documents digitally
Once you accept, you sign the purchase agreement electronically. The dealer countersigns.
Schedule delivery or pickup
Coordinate your preferred date and method with the dealer through MonsterAuto.

Guarantee that a specific vehicle is still available
Approve financing or quote a rate — that depends on your credit profile and the lender
Negotiate or make commitments on behalf of a dealer
Confirm vehicle condition, accident history, certification, or warranty unless shown on the listing
Provide legal, financial, or binding advice
Act as a human agent — Scout is an AI assistant
