Support if questions come up
If there is a question about what was discussed or agreed to during the online process, MonsterAuto.ca can help review the transaction record and point both parties back to the details that were presented during the purchase journey. Our goal is to help clarify — not to take sides or make warranty determinations on behalf of any party.
What MonsterAuto.ca does — and does not do
MonsterAuto.ca facilitates the online shopping and purchase process. We provide the technology that helps buyers browse inventory, communicate with dealers, review pricing, submit offers, and complete online purchase steps.
The participating dealer remains the seller and dealer of record. The dealer is responsible for the vehicle sale, all required disclosures, licensing, warranty obligations, delivery or pickup arrangements, and post-sale support.
MonsterAuto.ca does not own or sell vehicles, make warranty decisions, guarantee vehicle condition, or act as a party to the purchase agreement between the buyer and the dealer.
Warranty and protection plan questions
Some vehicles may qualify for manufacturer warranty, dealer warranty, or optional extended protection plans. Availability, coverage, pricing, and claims handling vary by vehicle, dealer, and provider. Buyers should review the available details before accepting final terms.
